1. Authentic Handcrafted Artisan Goods
Every piece cataloged by Sedona Import is shaped, hand-hammered, carved, or woven by independent Indonesian artisan families. Natural variations in teak wood grain, hand-forged metal patina, stone shading, and fabric dyes are authentic hallmarks of human craftsmanship, not defects.
2. Order Fulfillment, Local Pickup & Freight
Sedona Import offers direct fulfillment from our Sedona warehouse. Oversized pieces (such as 70cm-80cm ceremonial gongs and hand-carved furniture) are available for local pickup by appointment or via dedicated freight carrier with custom crating. Standard retail parcels are shipped via tracked commercial carriers.
3. 30-Day Return Window & Hygiene Compliance
We provide a 30-day inspection and return window on retail purchases in original condition. To maintain strict health and hygiene standards, wind instruments (such as bamboo flutes and didgeridoos) and worn personal apparel must remain unplayed/unworn in original sanitary condition to qualify for return. 4. Wholesale & Trade Partner Terms
Approved wholesale studios, retail boutiques, and wellness centers transacting under trade credentials agree to standard commercial volume minimums and freight delivery acceptance terms outlined in the Trade Portal.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States commercial regulations.
