Partner & Creator Roster

1. Authorization & Grant of Rights

For valuable consideration received (including complimentary artisan merchandise trade, monetary compensation, and/or affiliate commissions), the undersigned Creator/Model grants irrevocably and in perpetuity to Sedona Import LLC, its owners, photographers, videographers, and licensees the unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use, re-use, publish, republish, and distribute photographic portraits, pictures, video recordings, and audio of the Model or in which the Model may be included, in whole or in part, composite or distorted in character or form.

2. Permitted Media Channels

This release covers all media channels now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to: Sedona Import's official website (sedonaimport.co), wholesale catalog, printed lookbooks, email marketing, digital advertising, display banners, and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook).

3. Ownership & Creator Portfolio Rights

All original digital photo files, RAW assets, negatives, and edited master cuts remain the intellectual property of Sedona Import and the production team. Sedona Import grants the Model full non-commercial permission to publish watermarked or final promotional images on their personal creative portfolio, website, and social channels with standard photo/brand credit to @sedonaimport.

4. Consideration & Full Discharge

The Model acknowledges that the provided merchandise trade, product gift package, agreed monetary day/hourly rate, and/or affiliate program benefits constitute full, complete, and final compensation for services and release of rights. No further royalties, licensing fees, or residual payments are owed.

5. Release & Waiver of Claims

The Model releases and discharges Sedona Import, its founder, staff, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or actions arising out of or in connection with the creation, processing, or publication of the media, including without limitation claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or defamation.

6. Age & Capacity Representation

The Model affirms that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older, legally competent to execute this agreement, and that they have read and understood this release prior to submission.
